With the Go Keyless rate, everything is contactless — you land, find, and open your car automatically with your phone.

1. Reserve a vehicle: choose the dates, location, type of car, and any add-ons you need (child seat, Peace of Mind Pack, etc.).
2. Register: create an account with your name, phone number, address, and email.
3. Payment: pay to confirm 100% of the reservation. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start.
4. Validate your documents: upload your ID (passport or national ID card), a valid driving licence for Spain, and a selfie for identity verification.
5. Welcome to offUgo: once your account is validated and approved, you can log in anytime to view your reservations.
6. Prepare your arrival: one day before your reservation starts, you will receive an email taking you to your check-in page. There you will find all the steps needed to pick up the vehicle, including pick-up and return links (available 24 hours before each process).
7. Vehicle pick-up: go to the check-in page, follow the pick-up instructions, and open and close the car from your mobile phone.
