The vehicle is intended exclusively for private use and may only be driven by persons duly registered and validated on the offUgo platform.

The following uses are expressly prohibited:

• Commercial passenger transport.
• Pushing or towing other vehicles or objects.
• Smoking in the vehicle (including vaporisers and similar devices).
• Participating in races, whether official or unofficial.
• Conducting endurance tests or trials with the vehicle.
• Driving off paved roads.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that affects driving ability.
• Transporting illegal goods or items contrary to the law.
• Carrying more passengers than the vehicle allows.
• Carrying goods exceeding the authorised weight, quantity, or volume.
• Transporting hazardous or special goods under current regulations.
• Using the vehicle to commit or assist in criminal activity.
• Modifying the vehicle structure or installing roof racks or objects without authorisation.
• Transporting animals in the vehicle.
• Tampering with the odometer or other components.
• Allowing driving by someone not registered or validated on the platform.
• Carrying children or babies without the appropriate car seat or booster.
• Disabling or modifying geolocation or tracking devices.
• Sub-letting the vehicle.
• Using the vehicle after the contract has ended.

Consequences of prohibited use:

• Immediate termination of the reservation with no right to a refund.
• Termination of the contractual relationship.
• offUgo reserves the right to take legal action for damages.
