If you booked with offUgo and are unsure how to locate your car, please follow the instructions in the guide included in your booking confirmation.
For Go Keyless bookings, you must complete the check-in process to access the button that shows the exact location of your reserved vehicle.
For Go Classic bookings, follow the instructions that will guide you to the provider’s office to complete the check-in and collect your car.
If you cannot find where your car is parked, you can contact the fleet provider directly (the number appears in your booking confirmation) or send us a message at bookings@offugo.es
