Where is the car key?

For key pick-up and return, please note that:

• For Go Keyless bookings:
  The key and parking ticket will be placed in the glove compartment of your car.
  Once you unlock the car using the link in your check-in, you can take the key and use it to lock and unlock the car during your rental.
  When returning the car, please leave the key and parking ticket, if applicable, in the same place.

• For Go Classic bookings:
  You must go to the provider’s desk to collect the car keys.
  When returning the car, you will also need to hand over the key there.
