offUgo doesn’t have a specific area, you tell us where you want the car and we’ll bring it, it’s as simple as that.
On the website, you will see the locations where we can drop off your car, included in the price. If you’d like the car delivered somewhere else, just let us know and we’ll send you the additional cost if applicable.
For Go Keyless bookings, you will find the car pick-up location instructions directly in your check-in area on your profile.
For Go Classic bookings, please follow the instructions on your confirmation voucher; with this type of booking, you will need to go to the provider’s desk to collect the keys.
