To return the car, you can park it in any free space not used by other rental companies in the airport car park, at the same parking or location where you collected the car. If in doubt, you can always check the guide shown in your confirmation voucher.
For Go Keyless bookings, follow the instructions in your Check-in link to lock the car — we will cover the cost of the parking ticket. Remember to follow the steps in the return instructions in the link and DO NOT LOCK the car with the key.
For Go Classic bookings, simply follow the provider’s instructions, park the car in the assigned return area, and go to the office to hand back the keys.
When collecting the car, if you have a Go Keyless booking, you will find the parking ticket in the glove box and will need to pay it to exit the car park. We recommend paying it at the machines, or alternatively at the barrier before leaving. You can pay by credit/debit card or cash.
