I have requested a smaller car and they have assigned me a car I don't want, how can I change it?

We work with many providers who, on some occasions, may not be able to offer the exact car booked and instead assign a higher-category vehicle due to lack of availability.

If the car does not match the one you booked and you wish to change it, please contact the rental provider directly. They will do their best to accommodate your request.

  • Go Keyless bookings: you will find the provider’s contact number in your check-in page, available 24 hours before your booking starts.

  • Go Classic bookings: go directly to the provider’s office to request a change.
