With offUgo, you can choose between Go Classic and Go Keyless rates:
Go Classic:
The traditional way of renting. Check-in and pick-up are done at the provider’s counter, where you must also return the keys at the end. A refundable deposit (up to €300) may be required, and drivers under 25 may face a surcharge. Please check the details in the general conditions attached to your booking confirmation voucher.
Go Keyless:
The fast option with no counter and no queues. You complete the check-in online and pick up and return the car directly with your mobile phone. Includes full insurance with no excess, unlimited mileage and 2 drivers. Requires a refundable deposit of up to €160.
In both cases, after booking you will receive a confirmation voucher with specific instructions depending on your rate.
