First, make sure you are safe. If another vehicle is involved, you should take note of all the other party’s details. If you cannot agree on who is at fault, the police should be called to file a report. Then, contact the fleet provider as soon as possible.

If, on the other hand, you chose the Go Classic rate, the contact information can be found in the voucher attached to the confirmation email.
