Something in the car doesn't work as it should, can I change it?

If you notice anything unusual while driving or something isn’t working properly, contact the car rental provider directly. They will try to resolve the issue and, if not, will replace the car as quickly as possible.

  • With the Go Keyless rate, the phone number will appear in your CHECKIN 24 hours before the start of the booking.

  • With the Go Classic rate, the provider’s information is included in the voucher attached to your confirmation email.
