What is the ACIRE zone?

ACIRE corresponds to Areas of Restricted Circulation. These are special zones whose access is only allowed to vehicles that have an ACIRE card (residents in that zone) or other vehicles such as public transport or goods vehicles.

• MALLORCA:

Currently there are 12 ACIRE zones in Palma de Mallorca, each one with its corresponding accesses. For more updated information do not hesitate to consult the Palma City Council website. Therefore offUgo recommends avoiding access by car to these zones that are marked on the map of the Palma City Council website, and special attention to these traffic signs.
Some municipalities, such as Artà, Muro, Santa Margalida, Sóller or Escorca, also have restricted areas for residents only. If your hotel is located there, contact them to arrange the permit and avoid fines
