More than 24 hours before the start:
- You can request changes by emailing [email protected].
- Modifications are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.
Less than 24 hours before the start:
- No modifications are possible (this includes changes to drivers, extras, or pick-up time).
Once the rental has started:
- Email [email protected] to check if the change is feasible.
Changes to the return:
- Can be requested with more than 24 hours' notice.
- Changes with less than 24 hours' notice will incur an extra cost of €30.
- No refunds for early return unless you have the Peace of Mind Pack and notify at least 48 hours in advance.
