If you do not show up at the agreed time:

offUgo will cancel the reservation without any right to a refund.
If you do not inform us of a possible delay, the reservation may be cancelled after 5 hours from the scheduled pick-up time.
offUgo may deduct from the deposit the full cost of parking and apply additional administrative fees.

If you arrive a day late by mistake:

The vehicle will remain waiting for you.
You will be responsible for 100% of the parking ticket cost accumulated during the waiting period.
