The deposit is an amount paid before the start of the booking and refunded within 48 hours after the end of the rental. Please note that the funds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank. The deposit ensures that:
The car is returned with the same fuel level as when it was picked up.
The car is returned at the agreed time (we allow a 1-hour grace period).
The car is returned in an acceptable state of cleanliness (no trash, excess sand, pet hair, etc.).
If these conditions are not met, part or all of the deposit may be withheld.
If you chose the Go Keyless rate, the cost is:
Cars: €160
Motorbikes: €50
Transaction fee (non-refundable): A charge of €1.80 applies.
If you selected the Go Classic rate, the amount will vary depending on the provider and the selected vehicle category.
