I want to get refunded for my parking ticket at the airport

The customer will cover the cost of the parking ticket up to the maximum amount mentioned on our T&C. In case the ticket goes above the amount mentioned on our T&C, offUgo will cover the difference.

To be refunded from the difference, the client must send a photo of the ticket receipt and proof of payment by e-mail (bookings@offugo.es), as well as the data of the reservation holder.

Under no circumstances will offUgo reimburse the cost of the ticket if the customer has selected the wrong pick-up time, which means that he picks up the car much later than foreseen in his reservation.

In case the customer book on the wrong date and the car is already parked at the airport once he realizes it, the customer will need to pay the parking ticket + "operative surcharge fee" for the delivery of the car to the airport. Then we will do our best to change the dates according to our car's availability.
