offUgo doesn't have a specific physical area. You tell us where you want the car and we bring it to you.
On the website, you will see the locations where we can deliver your car, included in the price. If you'd like the car delivered somewhere else, let us know and we'll send you the additional cost if applicable.
You will find the car pick-up location instructions in your check-in area on your profile. The exact location of the vehicle — including a photo, licence plate, and GPS pin — will appear approximately 20 minutes before the reservation start time.
