Your vehicle's location is shown inside the check-in page. The pick-up button activates approximately 20 minutes before the reservation start time, provided the car is ready.

The check-in page will show:

• A photo of the vehicle
• The licence plate number
• The location on Google Maps
• The parking space number (if applicable)

Note: if the vehicle is at Palma de Mallorca Airport floor 7, there is no parking space numbering system yet. You will be provided with a photo of the vehicle and its location. If you have trouble, contact the provider (phone number shown in the check-in).

If you cannot find the car:

• Contact the fleet provider (phone number on the check-in page, available 24 hours before pick-up).
