To drive in Spain, you must hold a valid driving licence.
If your licence is Spanish:
If it has expired and your renewal appointment is after your trip, you can request an official document from the DGT (Dirección General de Tráfico) confirming you are authorised to drive. This document will be accepted for vehicle collection.
If your licence is NOT Spanish:
Temporary driving permits issued outside Spain are not valid for driving in Spain. In this case:
To update your scanned licence (Go Keyless):
Log in to your offUgo profile, replace the photo of the document, and re-verify it. If this doesn't work, contact bookings@offugo.es.
