The customer covers the parking ticket cost up to a maximum of €15. If the ticket exceeds that amount, offUgo will refund the difference.

To claim the refund:

Send a photo of the parking ticket receipt and proof of payment to [email protected].
Include the reservation holder's details.
Submit within 14 business days of the return.

Tip: make sure your pick-up time is as accurate as possible to keep the parking ticket cost low. If there is a large gap between the reservation start time and when you actually collect the vehicle, the accumulated parking cost will be higher and will not be reimbursed.
