At airport locations, when collecting the car you will find the parking ticket in the glove box. You will need to pay the parking ticket to exit the car park.

• You can pay at the ticket machines (usually located near the lifts/elevators) or at the barrier before leaving.
• Payment accepted by credit/debit card or cash.
• If the parking ticket exceeds €15, you can request a refund of the amount above €15 by sending a photo of the ticket receipt and proof of payment to [email protected] within 14 business days.

Tip: make sure that the pick-up time on your reservation is as accurate as possible — the closer it is to when you actually arrive, the cheaper the parking ticket will be. If there is a large gap between the reservation start time and when you actually collect the vehicle, the accumulated parking cost will be higher and will not be reimbursed by offUgo.
