Yes. All vehicles operate under the "Same Level – Same Level" fuel policy. You must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you picked it up.

Important guidelines:

• Refuel at a petrol station within 15 km of the return point (the closest one is recommended).
• Keep the fuel receipt for 10 days after the return, in case the provider raises any claims.

If you return the car with less fuel:

For cars, the charge is calculated in fractions of 1/8 of the tank:

• €20 per 1/8 of fuel missing (VAT included).
• Minimum charge: €20 (equivalent to 1/8).
• Example: if you received the car at 7/8 and return it at 5/8, you will be charged €40 (2 × €20).

For motorcycles, any missing fuel results in a flat charge of €50.

Incorrect refuelling:
If you refuel with the wrong type of fuel (petrol instead of diesel, or vice versa), a charge of €800 will apply. This charge is waived if you have the Peace of Mind Pack.
