The deposit is a security hold paid before the start of the booking and refunded after the end of the rental.

Amounts:

• Cars: €160 + €1.80 transaction fee (non-refundable) = €161.80 total charged. Maximum refundable: €160.
• Motorbikes: €50 + €1.80 transaction fee = €51.80 total charged. Maximum refundable: €50.

What the deposit covers:

• The car is returned with the same fuel level as when it was picked up.
• The car is returned at the agreed time (1-hour grace period allowed).
• The car is returned in an acceptable state of cleanliness.

If these conditions are not met, part or all of the deposit may be withheld.

When and how to pay:

• Pay via the check-in page (accessible from the confirmation email or your offUgo profile).
• Can be paid any time up to the moment of pick-up, but we recommend paying at least 24 hours in advance to allow time to resolve any issues.
• If the deposit is not paid, the pick-up button will not activate and you will not be able to collect the vehicle.
