There's no problem if you wish to return the vehicle early.

• Follow all the steps outlined in the return instructions on your check-in page.
• No refund will be issued for early return unless you have the Peace of Mind Pack and you notified offUgo at least 24 hours in advance at [email protected].

Watch out for the night package: if your original return was scheduled during standard hours (08:00–20:00) but you return the vehicle early and the actual return falls outside of those hours, a night package charge of €30 will apply and will be deducted from your deposit. For example, if your return was planned at 09:00 but you return at 07:00, you will be charged the night package because 07:00 is outside the standard hours window.
